I have had a maintenance contract with J & J Systems since February 2012 following a major problem with my systems. Jacqui arranged for one of her colleagues to attend the same day and the problem was resolved very quickly. I now have regualar check ups on my system and the peace of mind that Jacqui and her colleagues are at the end of the phone if needs be. Having previously questioned the beneft of the maintenance contract I had with a previous provider I have no doubt about the the service I get from J & J and I am happy to recommend them.
