My Recommendations
I placed a call to Ian on a Friday morning, explaining that my father urgently required a new printer after his main office system had crashed. Although Ian was on a day off, he arranged for me to be able to collect a loan machine later that day and get it installed so that my father's office could get back to work. The following Friday, after talking with the office and explaining their needs in greater detail, Ian arranged for a new contract and installation to be booked for the following Monday morning. By midday on Monday, everything was up and running in excellent fashion. I would thoroughly recommend Ian and Wade Business Machines to anyone looking for a printer solution.

Ian really is the man! He was kind enough to consider my needs and suggest the best printer for me based on amount of printing, despite the fact that it wasn't one of his printers because I don't need it...real integrity! He also had a look at my broken printer for me to see if he could fix it. A real gem of a man!
