I have a service contract which I thoroughly recommend. The annual service gives us confidence that our heating will work when we need it in the colder weather, and the parts failures we have had in the original system has been promptly and expertly fixed. Five stars.

A big thank you to Paul. He mentioned at a meeting that a yearly maintenance would keep our new boiler's warranty valid. Something our installing company never mentioned. We gave C&S a ring and Paul arranged for technician, Andrew to come out. Andrew was very polite, professional and efficient. Given that our boiler is in the Dog Salon, Andrew had to put up with an hours worth of my soothing talk and singing to a reactive dog grooming client. Thanks again Paul and Andrew. Our family will be using C&S from now on.

We have used CS Heating extensively over the summer to address a number of issues from a blocked/leaking soil pipe in the bathroom, the complete reroute of our bathroom waste and replacement of the soil vent stack and the full relocation and replacement of our aged boiler for a lovely new, high efficiency condensing boiler. CS Heating came to us to install new piping and drainage for a new kitchen. The crew worked in collaboration with the kitchen fitter and electrician to give us an amazing service. No mess was left behind. Friendly, professional service.
Following that Paul has been really helpful in trying to arrange the 2nd fix to install the sink and dishwasher.

Can highly recommend Calvin from CS , we woke up to a leak in our bathroom on Boxing Day . Called CS & within 30 mins Calvin had called us back & was round within the hour . All sorted . CS respond so very quickly even on Bank Holidays thank goodness, they are the 4th emergency service.

I need to recommend CS Heating & Plumbing's monthly plan to everybody in the BoB Group. First, it gives you peace of mind that if you have a breakdown or fault then it will be sorted out. Secondly, it ensures that your heating system is inspected by qualified staff on a regular basis. This means that it remains safe and efficient.
On top of that, it also covers repairs to the heating system. Last week, we noticed a pipe joint was leaking. I contacted the office, an Engineer came the next day and fitted new pipework to resolve the leak.

Calvin and his team at CS Heating and Plumbing have earned a justifiably excellent reputation in the east Kent area. As well as hearing from others only good things about CS, I have experienced at first hand the quality and reliability of service the company provides, with two jobs completed efficiently and professionally.

CS Heating’s use of technology to track jobs and engineer progress, contributes to their overall success in punctuality and keeping customers informed if a delay is likely. However one job undertaken for me coincided with a day of I.T. issues and the engineers were effectively working ‘blind’. What struck me was how professional they remained and how well they adapted, completing the work without fuss; a reflection on the quality of engineer employed and the level of training given.

I cannot recommend CS Heating and Plumbing highly enough and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have just had a new boiler and hot water cylinder fitted by CS Heating & Plumbing Ltd. Calvin fitted us in very swiftly when our old boiler broke down and the work was carried out by his engineers who are very friendly, efficient and extremely respectful of your home. The quality of work was completed to a very high standard and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending them.
