From his involvement in large-value and highly contentious litigation, Jacob has gained a wealth of experience which he has utilised to advise his clients on the most effective manner to progress their cases.   • Successfully finalised a large corporate settlement when acting for a company, its parent entity and one of its directors in relation to a dispute with a now-former director.
  • Jacob is currently advising a corporate client in a debt recovery claim to recover sums loaned to other corporate entities with a combined claim value in excess of £15m.
