Discover Fay Hawkins at Phase One Design

I help SMEs build a brand that reflects their personality and values so they can communicate clearly with their target audience.

I start by digging deep into goals, brand values, personality and audience personas to understand their pain points and how the brand can resonate and engage with them. Then it’s about the creative. Whether it's evolving the visual identity or creating promotional material (leaflets, brochures, magazines, billboards, ads or online graphics) an injection of stand-out creative and consistent use of visual styling across their marketing helps grow brand recognition, trust and ultimately sales.

I’m looking for connections with companies who have a premium product or service but don’t feel they are relevant to their audience. Is it time reposition your brand so it connects with your audience? Customers need clarity not confusion, and to attract them you need to start talking in a visual language they can relate to.
