Business Description

I work with High Net Worth Individuals to purchase, refurbish and resell residential properties within Kent. I seek to add value to all buildings and look for the worst houses on the best streets. I can either work as a joint venture with a client or on a simple private finance basis.

I am always interested in probate properties and talking with sellers who may have a particular property problem. More recently, I have expanded my interest into commercial to residential conversions and HMO operations.
