Our Level 2 Home Survey is suitable for approximately 90% of conventionally constructed residential properties. It provides an accessible, structured report with clear condition ratings and practical advice about defects, repairs and maintenance.

LEVEL 3 BUILDING SURVEYS

A Level 3 Building Survey is a more detailed inspection and report, generally recommended for older, listed, unusual, substantially altered or visibly defective properties, or where significant refurbishment or building work is anticipated.

Where appropriate, our Level 3 service also includes drone roof footage to assist with the inspection of roof coverings, chimneys and other difficult-to-access areas.
