Property Surveys Kent is operated by Property Surveys Southeast Ltd, an independent RICS-regulated surveying company serving homebuyers, homeowners and property professionals throughout Kent and the surrounding areas.

I am John Greenan AssocRICS, an experienced building surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. My role is to help clients understand the true condition and value of a property so that they can make informed decisions before committing to a purchase, carrying out building work or resolving a Party Wall matter.

BUYING A PROPERTY?

A mortgage valuation is prepared primarily for the lender. It is not a detailed survey of the property and should not be relied upon to identify every defect or future repair liability.

RICS LEVEL 2 HOME SURVEYS

Suitable for approximately 90% of conventionally constructed residential properties. The report uses clear condition ratings and provides practical advice about defects, repairs and ongoing maintenance.

LEVEL 3 BUILDING SURVEYS

A more detailed inspection and report, generally recommended for older, listed, unusual, substantially altered or visibly defective properties, as well as buildings where significant refurbishment work is anticipated.

Our Level 3 service also includes drone roof footage where weather conditions, the location and applicable restrictions permit.

PROPERTY VALUATIONS

Independent residential valuations for:

PARTY WALL SERVICES
